By accessing the 444com website at https://444com.fun or using the 444com Android application, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and that you accept all conditions set out here without exception.

These terms apply to all sections of the platform including sports betting, Live Casino, fish games, the VIP programme, promotions and all other features. They apply equally whether you access 444com through a web browser, the Android app or any other method.

Where specific games, sections or promotions carry additional terms, those terms apply alongside these general Terms and Conditions. In the case of any conflict, the specific terms for that product or promotion take precedence over these general terms for that specific matter only.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 444com platform. This applies without exception. We do not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration

• You are not acting on behalf of another person in making bets or operating the account
• You are not a professional player seeking to exploit promotional offers in bad faith
• You are not a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of 444com staff

444com reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If satisfactory proof of age is not provided within the requested timeframe, the account will be suspended until documents are received and reviewed.

Each person is allowed to hold one registered account on 444com. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different names — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are discovered, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. This includes your real name, a valid email address and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. 444com staff will never ask you for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately and change your password.

You must keep your registered contact details up to date. Outdated information can cause delays with withdrawals, account verification or support queries.

All deposits on 444com are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods for deposits:

• Bank Transfer — standard processing times apply

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method. You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets or accounts not in your name may be rejected and the funds returned.

444com does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. We are not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered payment method in PKR. The method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawals to unverified or third-party accounts will not be processed.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically within a few hours on working days
• Raast: typically same-day on working days
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 working days depending on your bank

444com reserves the right to conduct verification checks before processing withdrawals. This is a standard fraud prevention measure. You may be asked to provide identification, proof of payment method ownership or source of funds documentation. Delays caused by incomplete verification are not the responsibility of 444com.

Any active bonus balance must meet its wagering requirement before withdrawal of related winnings is permitted. Attempting to withdraw without meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the balance.

444com offers sports betting markets covering cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches), football, esports and other sports. Markets, odds and in-play availability are subject to change without notice based on fixture schedules and real-world events.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Bets placed on events that have already started without your knowledge due to a system error may be voided at 444com's discretion.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type.
• For cricket, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board.
• Obvious errors in odds — including pricing errors caused by technical faults — will be corrected and affected bets may be voided or resettled at the correct odds.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per event apply and are displayed within the betting interface. 444com reserves the right to limit stakes on any market at its discretion.

The 444com Live Casino offers real-time table games hosted by professional dealers. Games include Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and other live dealer variants. All Live Casino games are streamed from professional studio environments and results are determined in real time by the physical actions of the dealer.

Fish games are arcade-style shooting games where outcomes are determined by the game engine. These games are for entertainment purposes and carry their own specific rules which are displayed within each game session.

The following rules apply to all casino and fish game sessions:

• Game results are final once the round is complete and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the game state at the time of disconnection according to the provider's rules.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors in any game is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any gains made in this way.

General bonus rules that apply to all promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Each bonus is available to one account per person, per household and per device. Claiming multiple accounts to take the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance and are separate from your real money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

The following actions are considered fraudulent and will result in account closure with forfeiture of funds:

• Using stolen, borrowed or third-party payment methods for deposits
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting markets or game outcomes
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with games
• Deliberately exploiting platform errors or pricing mistakes to generate artificial profits
• Any form of chargebacks or payment disputes raised in bad faith after a genuine transaction

Where fraud is detected, 444com reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation, close the account immediately, report the activity to relevant payment processors and recover any losses caused to the platform.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 444com support. Any genuine real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements and provided no withdrawals are pending review.

444com may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity
• Provision of false information during registration or verification
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour directed at support staff or other players
• Court order, regulatory direction or any other legal requirement to do so

In cases of account closure due to breach of terms, any bonus balance, free bet credits and winnings derived from bonus activity may be forfeited. Real money deposits will be returned at 444com's discretion following a review of the account activity.

444com provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent uptime and accurate information, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of interruptions, errors or technical faults at all times.

444com is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical outages, server downtime or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security
• Decisions made based on incomplete or delayed information displayed on the platform during technical issues
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses of any nature arising from use of the platform

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or any other matter that cannot be limited by applicable law.
